Terms and Conditions

  • “Rapidweb” refers to Rapidweb Networks LTD.
  • “Downtime” means any service interruption that affects customers.
  • “Our” means Rapidweb or owned affiliate services.
  • “Services” include, but are not limited to Web hosting, DNS, E-Mail and domain names provided by Rapidweb.
  • “SPAM” means unsolicited, nuisance and/or bulk E-Mails.
  • “You” means you, the account holder.


As a customer of Rapidweb you agree:

  • To supply Rapidweb with a current truthful full name, contact number and E-Mail address and to keep these details current.
  • To pay in full the amount specified by your account package.
  • To pay all outstanding balances within 30 days of overdue notice, else risk account termination.
  • That you are solely responsible to insure that you are A authorized copyright owner for any content displayed or stored on our systems, And you have permission to display it.
  • Not to use any of our services for any illegal or unlawful activities, Including, but not only sharing / transferring copyright or illegal content without express permission from the copyright owner or person acting on behalf of copyright owner.
  • Not to use our services for SPAM or BOT related activities that may cause annoyance.
  • You understand that you are responsible for maintaining backup copies of any files stored on any Rapidweb systems and that files stored on any of the Rapidweb systems should not be seen as a “master” copy for any data.
  • To receive by E-Mail our Newsletter which contains amongst other things important changes to your subscription, our terms and conditions and updates.
  • That you will follow and comply with the Department of Internal Affairs “Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007” available here.
  • To comply fully with the Registrar Accreditation Agreement (RAA) and with ICANN regulations.

Rapidweb as part of this agreement agree to:

  • Maintain the best possible achievable up time within a reasonable manner
  • Notify you by means of E-Mail and on our Website newsletter about changes to services in which you are subscribed.
  • Notify you by means of E-Mail, Website newsletter and/or by Phone about any changes affecting this agreement.
  • Ensure that your details are not shared with any third parties unless required to do so by law.
  • Maintain and provide the services in which you are subscribed to.

Rapidweb reserve the right to:

  • Terminate the account and any of the services you are subscribed to if you violate any of the above terms and conditions. (Any data stored on our systems at time of account termination will be backed up kept for 31 days and available upon request.)
  • Deny the application for a subscription of any of the services Rapidweb offers without giving a reason for doing so.
